Don't compare Kids ( بچوں کا موازنہ نہ کریں ) - How to Become Developed Country video explains how most of the people in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh compare the kids to other kids. It leave bad impact on kids and sometime the kids go in depression. In my own experience I have seen that my parents have compared me with my brother as he was not too much into studies and could not score high like me. We don't know the future of any kid, so we should not compare them and under estimate them. Instead of that we need to help them to find their interest and help them to achieve what they like to do in their lives. Different kids want to do different things, some kids want to become doctors, and some engineering, some want to do business and some arts. We need to encourage them in their field of interest.
