This news is funny to me because Pakistan is agriculture country and more than 70% of Pakistanis live in Villages. Pakistan really need to work on people and encourage them to start growing small gardens. Pakistan does not have the concept of vegetable garden. Kids are not trained to grow vegetable gardens or plant tress. If we want to be developed country and not have Tomato or vegetable problem, We as Pakistanis have to start growing our own vegetables to avoid high prices. I have lived many years in Pakistan and bad part of that we did not grow any vegetable garden. People prefer to buy from market. this also bring them rotten food especially air conditioning and refrigeration is not very common in vegetable shops. I have shown in USA , I raise my own vegetable garden and also give away to my neighbors. Pakistani people have to get educate to uplift their lives by growing small gardens of vegetables.
