Walk for Clean and Green Pakistan (My Interview)-( Karachi to Khunjerab Pass -2300 KM) is my interview with my daughter as I am going to start a walk from Karachi to Khunjerab. I am planning to walk from Karachi to Khunjerab in 60 days. The plan is to walk 22-25 Miles per day. On this trip to Pakistan, I have undertaken a mission that I strongly believe in. My goal is to travel from Karachi to Gilgit (1800 km), on foot, to promote a positive image of my homeland. I will begin this journey in February of 2020 and complete it by the end of March 2020. The purpose of this journey is simple: to raise awareness and promote a promising image of Pakistan in the international community. Having lived nearly fourteen years abroad, I have realized that most people (including people who were born and raised in Pakistan) have a distorted image of Pakistan, which has been influenced by Western media and politics-infused headlines. Therefore, I believe that as a Pakistani it is my duty to contribute to the development of a better image of Pakistan. Over the course of this journey, I will be filming and documenting the natural beauty of Pakistan, which will in turn promote tourism by highlighting the experiences that Pakistan has to offer. Furthermore, I want to raise awareness about the importance of environmental conservation, especially in the wake of climate change crises that have had detrimental impacts worldwide. I sincerely hope that through this walk across Pakistan, I will be able to establish a basis for encouraging both international and Pakistani people living abroad to visit Pakistan and invest in the development of our great country.
